Sugizo stares at the cloudy sky. At this rate, the rain will never stop. His father will be mad at him if he skipped another music lesson today. It can't be helped. He almost got late this morning, therefore he didn't notice the warning from the weather forecast show that his mother always watch every morning.

He just standing and seeing one by one his friends left the school building with umbrella in their hands.

He doesn't get well with his schoolmates. He doesn't have much friends, except one. Shinya Yamada. Shinya is the only classmate that wants to talk to him, without judging him for being too weird.

Sugizo nervously staring at the clock again. Obviously, he's very late now. There's no other way, he have to leave now. The only risk is that his song notes will be wet because of the rain and he will get sick.

But when he's ready to step away, a person stopped him. "You didn't bring an umbrella?"

"Shin-chan!" Sugi looks happy when he see him. "No, I forgot to take it, I was in a hurry this morning."

"Oh, well, let's go home together then." Shinya opens his umbrella. Sugi quickly joins Shinya and starts to walk home.

"I got a lesson today, my father must be mad at me now," Sugi explains.

"Tell him that you got stuck in school. I think he can understand it."

Sugi rolls his eyes. "He won't if he's in a bad mood."

Shinya just laugh.

"Hey, do you think we can always be friend?" Sugi suddenly asks.

"Of course."

"Even until we're old?"

"Yeah, why?"

Sugi just laugh, "I'm just wondering, that's all."

By the time they reach Sugi's house, the rain slowly stops.

Shinya closed his umbrella.

"Thanks for the umbrella."

"You don't have to say it." Shinya just smiles.

Sugi steps closer and suddenly hugs Shinya.

"Eh?" Shinya seems confused about why he suddenly do that.

"I just wants to hug you," Sugi grins. "Then, see you tomorrow, Shin-chan."

"See you tomorrow, Sugi-chan."

They parted their ways. Only a few steps away from there, Shinya realized Sugi puts something on his pocket. Shinya grabs it. It's apparently a good-luck charm. Since they're facing the final test soon, Sugi must be buying this so they can graduate together. There's a simple message on it. 'Let's work hard from now. Love, Sugizo'

Shinya just smiles.
